1) Add/ Change Product Details
To Add new Products with Pictures

On the new window please click first on “Add“, meaning that you want to add a new product.
Now select the “Product Family” from the top pull-down menu under which you want to show this product. In the pull-down menu you will find all product families you have selected when registering the company.
For “Product Name“ please use an expression which indicates the type of the product (not a company internal name)
(Example: product family is:
Drinking Glasses/
Product name could be: „Wine glass“
or „Goblet
“Brand Name“ is your trade name

“Product Keyword“ allows you to key in additional expressions under which a buyer could search for your type of product (please separate with comas)
Please note that buyers can search for products either via our product index using the search behind the icons fort he various industries, or via Keyword Search, which then includes the search within the product name as well as the keyword fields.
Product Focus One-liner and the long Description for Product Focus“ refer to a spezial feature on our homepage which is partly reserved to our editorial as well as to paid entries. Therefore you can, but you do not need to complete these fields at the moment.
However, please describe each product individually in the field of “Short description“.
Please complete also the fields of “Technical specification/ size/ packaging” etc. with individual information for each product.
To download the product picture please click on the little blue square behind the fields of
“Small Image” and “Big Image”. Please use the same motif in both cases. Your product picture should be either a GIF or JPG file with 72 to 150 dpi. Please note that maximum size of all picture should not exceed 1 MB Optimal site for the small picture is 100 x 100 pixel and for the big one 400 x 400 pixel
After completion of all entries please click on SAVE.
Your product with picture is now available in the database.
Please proceed in the same way with all other products.
To change an existing product entry

Select the relevant Product Family
Select the relevant product
Click on EDIT.
Now you can change or up-date anything you want.
To change a picture just “overwrite” it by uploading the new one.
At the end click on SAVE again.

2) Add / Change Company Contact
Hereyou can list further contact people in your company. For example you can list all export contacts and indicate for which part of the world they are responsible.

To Add contacts please click on ADD first
Then Key in all details you want and
Click on SAVE
You can add as many contacts as you need.

3) Add Branches / Distributors / Agents
Here you can list all your subsidiaries or representative office in the world The number of contacts is unlimited.

To Add branches please click on ADD first
Key in the details you want and
Click on SAVE
To change existing entries
Select the branch first
Click on EDIT
Do your changes and Click on SAVE

4) Add Agents Wanted
Here you can indicate for which product(s) you are looking for new representatives in which countries.
 |
Select the Product Category and the Product
which you want to link with your search for agents
Select the country or countries in which you are looking for an agent for this product (or tick worldwide)
Click on Update

5) Add News
This is your option to publish company or product news on the Net or to update or delete existing ones

Click on ADD first
Select the Product Area to which your product belongs
Type in a headline for the news
and the news text
Select the period for which this news is relevant
Upload a picture of the new product
Click on SAVE
Your news is now displayed

Type in a headline for the news
and the news text
Select the period for which this news is relevant
Upload a picture related to the news

6) Add Trade Fair Participation
Here you can publish your trade fair activities incl. your stand number.

Select the month and the year in which the fair takes place
Select the trade fair from the pull down menu
Key in your stand number
Key in any information you want to publish about your participation
Click on SUBMIT

7) Modify Login Information
 |
In case your e-mail has changed or if you would like to change your login data for any other reason
here you can modify your login data
You will need your old and new user ID and password
Then just say SUBMIT

8) Modify Profile
 |
In case you would like to change your company profile
Just overwrite or amend what should be changed and
Click on SUBMIT at the end

9) Modify/ See Product Links
Here you find an overview of all product links, you have selected while you did your registration.

If you want to add links click on the button
Add Product Links
If you want to delete links, please make sure that there are no products with pictures linked to it. Otherwise delete the product entries first.
Then just click on the red trash sign in front of the product link

10) See Enquiries
This is you access to individual buyer enquiries. A buyer has the possibility to publish his individual requirements for products on t he platform. These enquiries are only accessible and visible for our Full Member suppliers.
So if there are any up-to date enquiries you will find them here. Just answer to any of the enquiries you can fulfil either via the platform or directly to the address of the buyer.
11) See Quote History
This is you personal memory board for any quote or offer you might have sent to a buyer
12) Favorites
Here you can store any buyer enquiry or other buyer contacts
13) Upgrade Membership
If you want to display more pictures on the platform please go here to upgrade your membership to 10 or 20 more pictures.
